Fort Worth, TX – The Major League of Monster Trucks presented by Greatwide Logistic Services will debut its unique style of Monster Truck racing Friday August 24th and Saturday August 25th.  This will be the inaugural event for the MLMT and will feature side-by-side monster truck racing at over 80 miles per hour within the confines of the Texas Motor Speedway’s Dirt Track.

The MLMT will feature the biggest names in Monster Truck racing with a 12 truck field including Bigfoot, Avenger, Brutus, El Matador, King Krunch, T. Maxx and Sudden Impact.  The field of drivers will feature former world champions Madusa driving Bigfoot and Jim Koelher driving his ’57 Chevy “Avenger”.

In addition to the 12 monster trucks fighting it out in one-on-one competition for monster truck supremacy of Texas, the MLMT will also feature three men competing in a freestyle motocross competition where they will be attempting every trick in the book on their 250cc motorcycles.

The event kicks off at 8pm each night with a special pit party where fans can meet all of the drivers starting at 6pm prior to each event.  Tickets are available at the Texas Motor Speedway box office 817-215-8500 or on-line at texasmotorspeedway.com.  Tickets are priced at $20 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under.  On Friday night children can get in for only $5 with a donation of a can food item for the local foodbank.  For more information check out the website at majorleagueofmonstertrucks.com.
